Astra Formedic Srl is a new company, formed from the merger between Astra Srl (acquired in 2009) and Formedic Srl (estabilished in 1993), both belonging to Gruppo A. De Mori.
The main Formedic Srl activities conferred on Astra Formedic Srl, concern analytical systems and products designed for Transfusion Medicine (i.e., Immunohematology, Blood Transfusion, and Tissue Typing HLA).
Astra Srl has moved to Astra Formedic Srl Internal Quality Controls designed for Blood Transfusion Centers and Clinical Laboratories, as well as Autoimmunity Diagnostic Products, manufactured at the factory in Lessolo (TO).
